    <content type="html">Got the newest episode in the editing room and a couple of new things in the works. Here's the thing, I'd like to do a Q and A regarding kitchen stuff. I know the first section will be knife basics, sharpening, choosing, handling, etc. but I'd like to know what questions people have for a chef.
